Siliconizer 2 in 1 is an acrylic elastomeric roof and wall sealer. It will provide a 100% waterproof and weather proof seal adhering tightly to any surface without the aid of a primer. Dries ultra white extremely fast through a process of transition, taking half the time it usually takes a regular sealer to dry. It attracts heat because of its blue color, but after 4 hours it turns ultra white. It will not crack, crumble or peel despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement. Is formulated for water-proofing and protecting a wide assortment of roofing substrates that are structurally sound such as concrete, conventional bituminous roofs, polyurethane foam, metal, aged galvanize metal, modified asphalt membranes and asphalt shingles.
